All products are printed on demand to reduce waste and ensure high quality. Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind. Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects or errors in the order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can process your replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
Email our customer service team at orders@crvscience.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #XXXX.” Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the defective item back to us, if necessary.
